Dan Coward came with his future wife Gemma and some 100 guests from England because he absolutely wanted to get married in Alois Lageder's Ansitz Löwengang residence. Hannah & Elia were recommended to him for the catering in Italy, but Dan and Gemma were very sceptical as, apart from an offer and a couple of telephone calls, they did not have anything on which to base their confidence. They remained sceptical up to the beginning of their celebration – then their scepticism become ever more diluted with joy, joy and enthusiasm for their celebration, which
